Roc-kit

If reducing installation time is important for your business, then the Roc-Kit can help you speed up the mixing of Rocbinda on-site. With the ability to mix resin at up to three times the rate of un-assisted methods, this is one piece of kit you won’t want to be without.
The advantages of additional productivity offered by the Roc-Kit don’t stop at speeding your operations up. The faster mixing rates significantly reduce the cost per metre of both crew and plant. The Roc-Kit also generates much smaller quantities of waste packaging when compared to conventional methods. This doesn’t just save on disposal costs, but directly addresses environmental concerns too.

The Roc-Kit is vehicle-mounted and carries enough resin to lay over 2000m2. Spread rates can be monitored by the mixing of set quantities of resin (from 2kg to 24kg) and it can introduce catalyst prior to mixing, thereby improving cure rates at cold temperatures. It can also introduce pigment into the resin mix, enabling you to rapidly change output colour from standard, to red or green – and then back again – at the flick of a switch.
The vehicle comes complete with our fully trained Roc-Kit-man operative. The customer is charged a standing hire rate, and then for material used by the kg – giving you all the advantages outlined above while controlling your cashflow and ensuring that you only pay for what you use. This is particularly convenient when you want to use different colours as part of the same job, ensuring you don’t end up with unused materials in different pigment shades.
